Course Description

Designed in partnership with Senior Executives and leading external experts, this program takes a deeper look at our digital transformation strategy, and how we are able to capture new frontiers through a fundamental shift of our banking activities to digital channels.
Furthermore, it equips participants with skills and tools to:

  • Transform the customer experience across several touchpoints.
  • Discuss stakeholder management as a critical success factor in our digital transformation journey.
  • Uncover the importance of having digitally minded leaders (and the required leadership capabilities).
  • Understand the role of leaders in creating and communicating a clear and compelling vision.
  • Assess our digital readiness as a business.

The course is delivered through a mix of learning methods including expert instructor-led sessions, business simulations, how-to video toolkits and mobile/eLearning interventions.
